I was a total bummer at home for 1 week because I’m sick and syempre I can’t let the weekend pass ng ganun-ganun lang… So when I get back to work (that’s Thursday) at binuzz ako ni Chacha sa ym, inaya ko sya to go out ng Saturday. I need to buy 2 pair of 2pc for my Bora on April and sya naman may babalikan daw. At first she refused ‘coz she wanted na Friday kame umalis eh sorry naman ‘coz isa akong working girl so I insisted na Sat nalang. She told me that she’ll give me her answer after nyang matulog (she’s on duty kase sa restau nila the night before our convo), eh syempre ako tong mapagpumilit at nag-paawa effect! I told her I’m depressed and I need someone to be with.. Sabe lang nya eh.. ‘arte mo, mamaya tyo maguusap pag gising ko!’… hahaha at dahil mapag-pumilit talaga ako at nag-post pa ko sa wall nya to convince her more. Ooops wait, I even text her!!!! hahaha Eh I know that she loves me so I’m very confident that she won’t turn me down… At ayun B-I-N-G-O!!! Finally she said YES! Edi tuloy kame! =)) I know malakas ang convincing powers ko kaya most of my friends lage kong napapa-OO sa mga ganitong bagay… ;)
Me: San tayo kita????
Cha: GH na! Agahan naten ha?
Me: What time?? After lunch?
Cha: 10 am!!!
Me: Langya! Para kong papasok sa work nun ah. Sige, 10 am! Andun na tayo pag bukas ng GH! :)
Cha: Wag mo ko pagaantayin ng matahgal ha?
Me: OO.
P.S. Na-late pa rin ako! hahaha Mga 30 mins. Sorry naman ako nagaling ng bundok. :D
One of the best thing we love to do together is… SHOPPING! Best in participation kame sa ganyan! We really save money for that and asahan nyo pagtapos nun both of our wallet is bleeding! Total broke talaga! ;)) Sulsul kase kame pareho. If she wanted something, I do encourage her to buy it and vice versa.

Isn’t she sweet??? Who would believe this heiress will do something like that??? She can give V. Basa something expensive or she can ask him to go out and eat in a 5-star restaurant but she chose to give him that very simple dinner!!! It’s the E-F-F-O-R-T that really matters. Some people may find it korny but its not. Super sweet nga eh at kinilig ako ng bongga! Peg ka yan! :))
I admire Divine Lee so much. She’s very friendly, down-to-earth, sweet, simple, and all. I love her sense of humor. Oh well I love everything about her specially how she manages her life and how she style her self. I also love her way of being becky! hahaha Yes! very becky-ish!!! Ang cool lang nya talaga… And to tell you I didn’t let the day ends without reading her blog and her tweets..

Early today I missed almost 5 calls from Rey and later this evening I finally answered one of his calls. We were just chitchatting at first, like kamustahan, how’s my condition, his flights (he’s a flight attendant here in the Philippines), until he asked about my e-mail address. He’ll show me something daw. So I gave it to him and then after a couple of minutes I received an e-mail with an attachment. I downloaded the file and opened it. Kabbooooommm! As in a BOOOOOMMMM! He showed me this gown he is currently working on for the upcoming ‘Kapitanes’ here in Antipolo. Sneak peak palang yenn!!!

Very adorable and classy right??? Would anyone believe that it was made by an amateur??? Nevertheless, it shows that Rey is a very talented person. He doesn’t even take any class for fashion designing. Oh well it definitely runs in the blood. Btw, Rey is a brother of the late Brian Leyva (if ever you heard of him or you can just google his name).
Brian is a member of the Young Designers Guild. Apart from his own custom-made line, he has also designed for Bench fashion shows (watch the video here ») as well as the pioneer collection of mod-Filipiniana retail label, Frangipani (view collection here»). Me: ‘Reyyyyy, gawa mo to? Seryoso? Bonnggggga ‘te!!! Seryosong nag-draw ka ng outline nyan??’ hahahaha funny reaction right?
And he was like..
Him: ‘Oo naman ‘te! Alam mo yan! I wanted to show it nung last time pa pero I cannot contact you… Oh so what can you say???’
Me: Goooonnnddddooooo!!! Kaynizz ka! Talented mo lang eh… Mahal yan no???
Him: Di no!? Wala nga akong cut dyan. Sa tela at mananahi lang mapupunta. Gusto ko lang talaga gumawa…
Me:Noiiceee! That’s a good start ha?
Him: Truuuueeee!
Me: So kelangan ko gumaling para makapunta ko dyan at makita ko yan!!!
Him: But wait there’s more!!!
Me: Ha???
Him: May pasabog yan te! Natatangal yang baba at meron yan sa loob!
Me: Weeeeh?? Di nga??? Panu???
Him: Basta! Wait and see!
Me: Kthanksbye! hahaha Sige.Sige. Punta ko snyo paggaling ko
….the rest is history… so syempre I cannot put the whole convo here no?!! hahaha
So what do you think guys?? Isn’t he a good and amazing amateur designer??? I’m so proud of Rey!!! He always excels in whatever he does. He’s so kind and very down-to-earth person pa. He’s not madamot pa… When he has something to share he’ll share it to you… Anyways, so if ever you wanted him to design for you, just lemme know. ;)
